The villa has 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms with private washrooms, spacious living room with television, a plush sofa set, and attached dining area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, gas-stove, water-purifier etc. The non-smoking bedrooms are equipped with king size beds with extra mattress, toiletries, dressing area and wardrobe to keep your belongings. The rooms at the first floor has balcony. The Villas is bounded by a private garden, a private pool in the backyard, parking area, outdoor seating arrangements. Our villa is secured with gated premises with 24x7 caretaker assistance.

Other things to note

The Living room is Non AC.

There are Cameras outdoor and at the Pool area for Guest Safety for any unsudden incident. (we do to intent to misuse it and we ensure guests privacy and Safety is maintained)

House Rules:

- No music allowed in outdoors after 10 pm, can be played indoor at low volume.

- No using of Pool after 10 pm

- A security deposit of INR 5000 will be taken by the caretaker at the time of check-in which will be refunded to you at the time of check-out.

- Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited

Costing-

Mon to Thurs- 13,000/- per night

Friday and Sunday- 20,000/- per night

Saturday- 25,000/- per night
