This property has 2 family suite on first floor having 2 bedrooms with balcony and 2 individual rooms on second floor
This premise has a history of over 70 years, it being the first headquarters for the Western Himalayan Mountaineer Institute, now recreated into this pristine and serene space. It is surrounded by apple orchard of about 10 acres. Besides apple trees, there are other fruits like cherries and walnut trees within the orchard. A cafe within the premises, which is open from all sides to justify the views of beautiful mountains with few snow capped peaks. The place is very quiet except the burbling sound of river Beas and natural stream flowing through/within the premises.
